Strong muscles and high levels of cardiovascular fitness can help prevent injuries. Healthy muscles are less prone to injury, Service members who are in shape are less likely to become winded, suffer from cramps and helpful during deployment operations and during routine physical fitness testing.

DO YOU KNOW YOUR BODY FAT? Body fat percent is a measurement of body composition telling how much of the weight of your body is fat. The percentage of your body that is not fat is fat-free mass. There are normal ranges for body fat, which differ for men and women.

We have created our program to be effective for beginners as well as advanced individuals - so everyone is challenged and keeps their success rates at a maximum. Remember, circuit training is aimed at strength and muscular endurance, not for building lean muscle mass.

We’ll take a holistic approach to nutrition and explore how all areas of your life are connected.
